Four centuries ago the Dark Council was formed to control the growing populations of the dark races. It did not take long before humans realized that they could no longer ignore the Darks. Using the werewolves as foot soldiers the Vampires and Devils took control of the major cities and expanded the influence of the Dark Council. Today we are in a different world. The 26th century.

The Devils took control of Spain, the Vampires France and the Werewolves (with help from the Vampires and Devils) were able to force out the Papacy and control Italy. Vatican City became the home of the powerful werewolves while the Pope and most mortals went to reside in London. There are mortals and Darks of all races in each of the cities, with politics between the racial fractions to help forge a tender type of peace, however certain prejudices and practices compromise the relations of these races.

For example, the werewolves take humans and sell them as slaves mostly to the vampires. While the Devils practice slavery, they have regulations and the werewolves utilize human beings as merchandise or future soldiers. Devils are concerned with this and wish to regulate all slavery, causing werewolf riots, and mistreatment of werewolves and humans in Rome and Spain. Vampires are experiencing a type of golden age and their only main concerns are maintaining slavery and using politics to thwart the Devils. The Devil Court is more concerned with their own race. Hell is overflowing and incoming Devils are threatening to cause chaos. Our favorite biblical devils may dare to rock the Dark Council.
